What the test analyzes
Seven report blocks, more than 400 individual findings
Each block is an independent report. Portal access and report updates depend on the genetic-test provider's current terms.
Health-related predispositions
Over 105 reports on genetic vulnerability – cardiovascular risk, type 2 diabetes, autoimmune diseases, certain cancer types. Shows predisposition, not diagnosis.
Pharmacogenetics
Over 95 reports on genetic variants related to medication metabolism – for example lipid-lowering medicines, clotting-related medicines, antidepressants and painkillers. Results may only be discussed with a doctor or treating physician in the context of treatment safety.
Hereditary (monogenic) conditions
Over 100 reports on individual gene mutations – risk information for family planning. A positive finding always requires clinical confirmation.

We take a 2 ml saliva sample on-site at the clinic (~5 min). We arrange the sample’s transport to the lab – transport is included in the price.

The laboratory or genetic-test provider makes the report available under the terms of its own environment.

Dr Saadi interprets the results in clinical context: what matters, what doesn’t, and what the next steps are.

TellmeGen Advanced is an SNP-based consumer genetics test (~750,000 variants) intended for informational use and to support lifestyle decisions. It does not replace clinical genetic diagnostics(e.g. Whole Exome / Whole Genome sequencing in oncogenetics) and is not a basis for a medical diagnosis. Positive findings always require confirmatory testing and assessment by a clinical geneticist.
