What does Synage do? At your request, Synage only redirects you to Montonio's external platform. Synage neither issues nor intermediates credit and is not a party to any agreement entered into on the external platform.
Does the clinic see my creditworthiness assessment? No. The clinic learns only whether payment succeeded.
What happens if I cancel the service? The refundable amount is returned to the creditor and your obligations to the creditor are reduced accordingly. Cancellation terms are the same for all payment methods.
Does instalment credit change the service price? The service price is unchanged. Any credit costs are set by the creditor in its terms.
Does the creditor learn which service I buy? No. The payment description is generic and contains no information about the service content or your health.
