- 2Step 2 · First visit and baseline labsA thorough baseline and an individual plan. The appointment can be on-site or by video/phone.
- 3Step 3 · 90 days of follow-upRepeat check-in appointments and ongoing Telegram or WhatsApp support.
- 4Step 4 · Final labs and handoverA second lab cycle, comparison of results and a long-term plan.
Total timeline: 90 days from the first visit (+ a fit check before the start).
The price covers the appointments, labs twice (at the start and end of the program, at the doctor's discretion) and Telegram/WhatsApp support.
Paid separately: Additional tests outside the program if needed

- Doctor · Medical questions are answered by the doctor, organizational ones by the assistant — as soon as possible (Telegram / WhatsApp, on business days)
Where the service takes place
- · The program requires being able to attend sampling in Estonia
No prepayment is required — the invoice follows the fit check. Individual appointments can be moved free of charge up to 24 hours in advance; if a program is discontinued, only the part already delivered is payable. Terms of purchase
