Why isn’t the weight moving? Let’s review the factors that can be measured.
Weight is influenced by insulin, thyroid, cortisol, sleep, medication and genetic background. At a medical appointment we map these markers and discuss which steps are justified in your situation. Outcomes are individual – we do not promise a specific weight loss.

“Weight loss can feel impossible on your own. But when we understand what is actually happening in your body, we can start changing it together.”
- Dr Saadi
You are not alone
First we listen, then we measure, then we help
Our clinical program doesn’t start with a diet. We start with listening and measuring – your hormones, sleep, stress and genetics. Only then do we build a plan that works for your body.
Book a consultationWhy weight stays
Six biological reasons ordinary diets miss
Without understanding these, weight often stays put even when you’re “eating right”.
Insulin resistance
High insulin blocks fat burning. Without assessing it, a nutrition plan often falls flat.
Leptin and appetite
In leptin resistance the brain doesn’t “hear” satiety – hunger persists after meals.
Thyroid and cortisol
Hypothyroidism and chronic stress slow metabolism and drive abdominal fat.
How we work
Three steps to your personal plan
Crash diets promise miracles. Our approach promises thoroughness and support that lasts.
Listen and map
History, labs, body composition, genetic test when warranted.
Build a personal plan
Nutrition, sleep, training, stress regulation. When warranted – medication (for example GLP-1, thyroid correction or other clinically justified medicines).
Support for 30–90 days
Repeat labs, adjustments, feedback. The program runs for 30–90 days; results are individual and are reviewed together at follow-up visits.

Who this program fits and who it doesn’t
We’ll be honest: this is not a crash diet. But if you’re ready to look at your health as a whole, it may be exactly what you need.
Fits if
- You have over 3 kg to lose and standard diets have not held
- You suspect insulin resistance, thyroid or hormone factors
- You want a clinical plan, not generic nutrition advice
- You are considering medication (including GLP-1) and want it under clinical supervision
- You have comorbidities: fatty liver, high cholesterol, prediabetes, PCOS
Doesn’t fit if
- You want a crash diet for a week or two
- You want only a medication prescription without labs and a plan
- You expect generic nutrition coaching without a clinical assessment
