- 2Step 2 · First visit and baseline labsWe map the baseline and set concrete measurable goals. The appointment can be on-site or by video/phone.
- 3Step 3 · 30 days of follow-upOngoing support in Telegram or WhatsApp and plan adjustments.
- 4Step 4 · Final labs and summaryA second lab cycle and a plan for continuing on your own.
Total timeline: 30 days from the first visit (+ a fit check before the start).
The price covers the appointments, labs twice (at the start and end of the program, at the doctor's discretion) and Telegram/WhatsApp support.
Paid separately: Additional tests outside the program if needed

Where the service takes place
- · The program requires being able to attend sampling in Estonia
No prepayment is required — the invoice follows the fit check. Individual appointments can be moved free of charge up to 24 hours in advance; if a program is discontinued, only the part already delivered is payable. Terms of purchase
