The doctor interprets your existing test results on a video call and gives recommendations. Results are interpreted in the context of your health and risk factors.

What the price includes

  • Video call only
  • Thorough interpretation and recommendations
  • We review, for example, cholesterol, blood glucose, iron stores, inflammatory and hormonal markers
  • Where appropriate, we assess possible prediabetes and insulin resistance
  • Results from Estonian laboratories can be viewed in the health information system where access is permitted

Three months of systematic clinical guidance to improve metabolism, weight and energy. The programme includes all metabolic package tests, three appointments (on day 1, 30 and 90; the first is 45 minutes, the other two 30 minutes), repeat tests and weekly remote contact with the doctor. Up to 5 participants at a time. Also suitable for healthy people, amateur athletes and biohackers who want to optimise their markers systematically.

Synage Partner does not provide urgent care. In an acute situation, contact your family doctor or call 112.

What the price includes

  • 4 × 25-minute appointments per year (in person or by video)
  • Annual review of yearly test results free of charge (regular price €140)
  • Once a month the option to consult the doctor remotely on various health questions (email or another channel) that do not require an appointment
  • Priority booking

Tests are not included in the price — they are paid separately.

Which consultation should you choose?

Standard consultation

290 €

If you have one main health concern or want to discuss selected test results, the €290 standard consultation is usually suitable.

Comprehensive health assessment

490 €

If you have extensive previous investigations and want a fuller comparison of results, assessment of several health areas and a detailed written plan, consider the €490 comprehensive health assessment.

Both services provide individual recommendations based on the patient’s health data and medical assessment.

Additional doctor time is approximate and depends on the volume and complexity of the data. The price covers documents relevant to the consultation goal, not unlimited material review. For extensive records, we clarify the scope before the consultation.

Consultations can cover the suitability of ketogenic nutrition, weight and metabolism. Goals, test results, medicines and health risks matter — keto is not suitable for everyone or a universal treatment.

How does it work?

What does Synage do? At your request, Synage only redirects you to Montonio's external platform. Synage neither issues nor intermediates credit and is not a party to any agreement entered into on the external platform.

Does the clinic see my creditworthiness assessment? No. The clinic learns only whether payment succeeded.

What happens if I cancel the service? The refundable amount is returned to the creditor and your obligations to the creditor are reduced accordingly. Cancellation terms are the same for all payment methods.

Does instalment credit change the service price? The service price is unchanged. Any credit costs are set by the creditor in its terms.

Does the creditor learn which service I buy? No. The payment description is generic and contains no information about the service content or your health.

Who this service is not for

Being upfront saves your time and money. This service is not the right choice if:

  • If you expect a full program in one appointment – a single visit gives an overview and next steps, not long-term follow-up.
  • If you have no lab results to bring – we start with a testing plan and discuss results at the next visit.
  • For acute problems (severe pain, fever, breathing difficulty, injury) – contact your GP, an on-call doctor or the emergency department.
  • If you expect a replacement for diagnosis and treatment – we work alongside your GP and specialists, not instead of them.
  • If you only want a prescription or a certificate without an assessment – we do not issue those at a prevention visit.
