After the service ends: When the program ends the support channel closes. Your written summary and monitoring plan stay with you; to continue you can book a new appointment or agree a follow-up.
In an acute or life-threatening situation call 112 or go to the emergency department – the support channel is not emergency care.

Where the service takes place
- · The program requires being able to attend sampling in Estonia
No prepayment is required – the invoice follows the fit check. Individual appointments can be moved free of charge up to 24 hours in advance; if a program is discontinued, only the part already delivered is payable. Terms of purchase

Who this service is not for
Being upfront saves your time and money. This service is not the right choice if:
- For acute problems (severe pain, fever, breathing difficulty, injury) – contact your GP, an on-call doctor or the emergency department.
- If you expect a replacement for diagnosis and treatment – we work alongside your GP and specialists, not instead of them.
- If you only want a prescription or a certificate without an assessment – we do not issue those at a prevention visit.
